Watermelon Fruit Cake

  • 6 triangle slices of watermelon
  • 500g Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
  • Handful shredded coconut
  • Few sprigs of fresh mint
  • Fresh rockmelon, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mango cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp


  1. Arrange the slices of watermelon on a plate and dollop the coconut yoghurt on each slice.
  2. Top with the fresh fruit, and garnish with shredded coconut and mint leaves. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
