Waffles For Days
1 cup Cocobella Coconut Water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbs coconut oil
3 tsp coconut sugar or 1 banana
1 1/2 cup of blended oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt/Natural
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Let the batter sit for at least 5 minutes as the oats will soak up a lot of the liquid. If needed, add more coconut water to the batter and make sure it’s a smooth consistency.
Pour batter into waffle maker and let it cook until done!
You can make these waffles sweet or savoury. My favourite combo is PB Jelly with cacao nibs, goji berries with a generous dollop of Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt!
