1 flax egg (1tbsp ground flax + 3tbsp water) 1/2 cup coconut flour 3 tbsp oat flour 1 tbsp coconut sugar 3 tbsp desiccated coconut 1/2 tsp bi carb soda 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 large banana, mashed 3 tbsp agave 1/4 cup Cocobella Coconut Water – Straight Up
This recipe makes approximately 14 smallish cookies. To begin, preheat the oven to 180c. Make flax egg and let it sit for 10 minutes. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add in the wet ingredients including the mashed banana and flax egg and stir to combine.
Divide batter into balls and flatten on baking sheet, before cooking in the oven for 20mins. Let cool on a rack, then enjoy.
