Vegan cheezy spinach & artichoke coconut yogurt dip
This dip from @healthyfrenchwife is oozing with flavour and vegies and is the perfect thing to make your friends (when you are finally able to see them again). Bonus: you probably have most of the ingredients in the pantry!

Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1 can of artichokes
- 100gr frozen spinach
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup Cocobella Natural coconut yogurt
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper – to taste.
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Finely dice your onion and garlic and cook in a pan on medium heat with a little bit of olive oil.
- Once the onion and garlic are cooked, add in the finely chopped canned artichokes and frozen spinach. Stir together on medium heat until spinach is thawed.
- Add in the baby spinach, nutritional yeast, paprika and stir together. Stir until baby spinach is wilted.
- Add in Cocobella Natural coconut yogurt and stir together in the pan on low heat. Combine well and season with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy warm or cold with veggie sticks and seed crackers!
