Base
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup dates
Strawberry smoothie
- 1 tbsp Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – natural
- ¼ cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
- 1 handful of frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
Green smoothie
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale
- 1 tbsp Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – natural
- 1 handful of frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Optional: Maple syrup (you may add your choice of sweetener if you would like the raw tarts to be sweeter)
