Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl
This recipe is perfect to serve 2 people – simply halve the ingredients for a single serve!

Ingredients
- 500g frozen banana
- 140g pumpkin puree
- 20g vegan protein powder (Caramel or vanilla flavoured)
- 80g Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Method
- Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth
- Serve with whatever toppings you’d like! I used some pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, walnuts, hemp seeds and more coconut yoghurt
