Protein Oat Waffles

  • Serves: Makes: 3 large waffles or 4 medium-small

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk of your choice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Toppings

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour batter into waffle machine and cook until golden.
  3. Serve with fresh berries, 100% maple syrup and a dollop of yoghurt.
