Start your day with yummy and healthy peanut butter pancakes! Who doesn’t want to indulge in a little bit of peanut butter in the morning with this recipe that’s both delicious and guilt-free, who knew you could have both?
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. The mixture should be nice and thick like a normal pancake batter. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil into the frying pan to help them crisp up. Pour batter into a non-stick fry pan. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear, then flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
