Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Cocobella
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1cm fresh ginger root
- Protein powder of your choice
Blend All the ingredients until smooth. Topped with extra cinnamon, a dollop of peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
