Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Add the yoghurt, nut butter, maple syrup and Passionfruit to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the flour and fold until combined. Proud the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 45-50mins until golden, or a skewer comes out clean.
Once the cake is cool mix together the butter and passionfruit in a medium/large bowl, for the icing. Once combined sift in the icing sugar and mix until smooth. Spread the icing evenly over the top of the loaf. Top with extra passionfruit pulp, slice and enjoy!!
