Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fine desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup black & white chia seed mix

To Serve

  • @purecocobella coconut yoghurt with passionfruit
  • Strawberries, passion fruit, coconut flakes, puffed amaranth, passion fruit coulis, edible flowers. (to serve)

Method

  1. Add the liquids to a bowl/jar or air-tight container & stir until well combined. Add the desiccated coconut & chia seeds, stir for a minute or so. Pop in fridge, after 15 minutes give it another stir, cover & then leave over night.

To serve: put the following in your bowl ~ Overnight Chia Pudding, @purecocobella coconut yoghurt with passionfruit, strawberries, passion fruit, coconut flakes, puffed amaranth, passion fruit coulis, edible flowers.
