Matcha protein bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1/3 of frozen fennel
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1tsp. matcha powder
  • 1 1/2tsp. spirulina powder1tbsp. vanilla protein powder

Method

Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add favourite toppings—this version has used raw buckwheat, bee pollen, dried goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
