Mango Passionfruit Magnums



  1. Scoop the passionfruit pulp into the magnum moulds. Set aside.
  2. Place all remaining ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed, scraping down the sides if needed until smooth and no mango lumps remain.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the moulds over the passionfruit and smooth out with a spoon or spatula. Insert the icy pole sticks.
  4. Set in the freezer for 8 hours before removing. Store in the freezer. Enjoy!
