Total time: 1 - 1.5 hours
Line a 20cm square pan with baking paper, and set aside.
Add all the ingredients except for the fig pieces into a large bowl, and mix until everything is combined.
Stir in the figs carefully, then pour the mixture into the pan.
Freeze until the slices are set, preferably overnight.
Slice into bars, waiting five minutes for them to thaw before eating.
Store in the freezer.
