Creamy Coconut, Cinnamon Chia Pudding

  • Serves: Makes 2

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Chia seeds
1 C Preferred milk- I use Almond
1/3 C Cocobella Coconut Vanilla yoghurt
1/8 heaped Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Pure Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place chia seeds into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Milk, whisk, add coconut yogurt, cinnamon and vanilla extract, whisk on and off for a couple of minutes, cover and place into the fridge for approx. an hour.
  3. Take out and place into a bowl, top with coconut yoghurt, fresh fruits and granola.
