Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Indian Black Salt*
- 1/4 cup Cocobella Natural coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2-3 thick slices bread
- 1 tbsp vegan butter or oil, to fry
*NOTE: I use Indian Black Salt (Kala Namak) in this French Toast because it helps to give. Find it at Indian grocery stores, and you can also get it online at places like The Cruelty Free Shop (in Australia). You can also just leave it out and use regular salt to taste.
