Coconut Chia Bircher Muesli

3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
1 kiwi
1 handful each of strawberries, raspberries & shredded coconut


Combine oats, coconut water, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is preferable.)

Remove jar from the fridge, and add half a mashed banana to the oat mixture. Roughly blend.
Slice up the rest of the banana, kiwi, and berries and layer on top to decorate your Bircher muesli, and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
