Cocobella Strawberry and Almond Bircher Muesli

2 Cups rolled oats
½ Cup shredded coconut
¼ Cup chia seeds
½ Cup slivered almonds
1 Punnet strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsps maple syrup
2 Cups Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
2 Cups Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – Natural

To serve
Fresh seasonal fruit of your choice
Slivered almonds
Maple syrup
Extra Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt – Natural


Place all ingredients into a large bowl, stirring gently to combine. Cover with a waxed cloth, tea towel or plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Store after an hour and if most of the liquid has been absorbed, it is ready to serve. If it is still very runny, leave for a further half an hour.

To serve, divide the mixture between bowls and serve topped with yoghurt, fresh fruit, coconut yoghurt a sprinkle of slivered almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup.

This mixture will keep in the fridge for several days in an airtight container.
