Cocobella Mixed Berry Compote


½ cup fresh strawberries

½ cup fresh raspberries

½ cup fresh cherries

½ cup rice malt syrup

¼ cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water

¾ cup Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt in Vanilla

Slivered almonds

Fresh strawberries

Total time: 15

Warm a small saucepan on a medium heat. Add berries, rice malt syrup and coconut water and stir to combine. Bring mixture to the boil, stirring constantly, adding more coconut water if necessary.

Once it forms a syrupy texture, remove from heat and allow to cool. Spoon over Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt and garnish with fresh strawberries and slivered almonds. Enjoy!
