1/2 cup almonds or any other nut
1 cup oats
1/2 cup seeds (Anthea used pumpkin, hemp and sunflower seeds)
5 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup any nut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
1 cup Cocobella coconut yoghurt – Natural or Cocobella coconut yoghurt – Vanilla
Fruits and nuts as desired
Preheat oven to 150C and line a 25cm cake tin or baking tray with paper.
Finely chop the nuts or place into a food processor until they becomes coarse crumbs.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until very well combined.
Firmly press mixture into a 25cm circle on the bottom of a cake tin or lined baking tray.
Bake in oven for 20-25cm minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool fully.
Thickly spread the coconut yoghurt on top of the pizza and decorate with fruits and nuts.
