Cocobella Coconut and Lime Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients

2 cup almonds
3 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1/3 cup coconut protein powder
1 lime, zested then juiced
2 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. rice malt syrup
2 tbsp. Cocobella Straight Up coconut water

Method

Convenient snacks don’t have to be bad for you! Monika of Nomadic Fit Foodie shares this delicious recipe for protein-packed bliss balls that savours all of our favourite coco-nutty flavours. Winner!

Place all ingredients minus the chia seeds in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly combined.

Place mixture into a plastic container with a lid and refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes to ensure it’s firm enough to handle. Once chilled, roll into small balls and return to the fridge to set for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
