Cocobella Chocolate Quinoa Vegan Porridge

½ cup quinoa
2 cups Cocobella Chocolate Coconut Water
½ cup coconut milk
2 tsp raw cacao powder
30 grams vegan dark chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp agave nectar or rice malt syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
1 pinch sea salt
Toasted nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and fresh fruit and berries to garnish


Place the quinoa and coconut water into a pan on a low heat and slowly bring to the boil. Cover with the lid and simmer for 20 minutes until the coconut water is absorbed. Turn the heat to low and add the coconut milk, syrup, chia seeds and cacao powder mixing thoroughly to combine. Transfer the mixture into two serving bowls and garnish with your favourite toppings. We recommend toasted pecans and almonds, coconut flakes and fresh berries.
