- 15g coconut oil
- 30g maple syrup
- 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- Handful sultanas
- 5 dates chopped up
- 10g shredded coconut
Icing
- 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp monk fruit icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
