Chocolate & Peanut Butter Parfaits
• 2 cups Cocobella coconut yoghurt Natural
• 2 tbsp cacao powder
• 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
• 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter
• Strawberries to decorate
- For chocolate yoghurt, place 1 cup of Cocobella coconut yoghurt in a small bowl and add cacao powder and 2 tblsp of maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- For peanut butter yoghurt, place 1 cup of Cocobella coconut yoghurt in small bowl and add peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Stir well to combine. (If peanut butter isn’t mixing well into the yoghurt, use a hand blender to combine.)
- To create, spoon 2-3 tblsp of each mixture into glass, alternating layers. Top with chopped strawberries and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
