Choc-raspberry Nicecream Parfait

  • Serves: 1


3 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 handful of granola
Any other fresh fruit of your choice (I used strawberries and kiwi)


  1. Roughly chop the frozen bananas and add into a blender, along with the frozen raspberries, cacao powder and coconut water
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, then spoon out into a jar, alternating with layers of granola and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
