Caramel Dipping Sauce


  • 3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked*
  • 1/2 cup Cocobella Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (you can sub for another nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt


  1. In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth (should take around 4-5 minutes).
  2. Serve immediately with fresh fruit (or dessert) or store in the fridge in an air-tight jar for up to 72 hours – but, the fresher the better.

*Make sure to soak the cashews for at least an hour in boiling water for maximum results
