- 3-4 frozen cauliflower florets (if you’re not a fan, you can use 1 frozen banana)
- 1 cup of Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
- 1 ½ tbs espresso protein powder
- 1 tbs raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
Recommended toppings:
- Goji berries
- Bee pollen
- More raw cacao
- Cinnamon granola mix
Cinnamon granola mix:
- 1 cup organic oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Sunflower seeds
- Raw buckinis
- Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinammon
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbs rice malt syrup
Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 mins
