Blueberry Overnight Oats
- 2 Cups Wholegrain Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 3 Tbsp LSA
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tsp Mixed Spice
- 3 – 4 Cups Coconut water (or enough to cover above ingredients)
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, give it a good stir.
- Allow to soak overnight (or if you just can’t wait…. at least 2-3 hours).
- Once the wait is over… serve it on up!
