Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • Serves: Serves 6


  • 2 Cups Wholegrain Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp LSA
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tsp Mixed Spice
  • 3 – 4 Cups Coconut water (or enough to cover above ingredients)



  1. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, give it a good stir.
  2. Allow to soak overnight (or if you just can’t wait…. at least 2-3 hours).
  3. Once the wait is over… serve it on up!
