Blue Chia Seed Layered Pudding
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Cocobella coconut yoghurt
- 250ml coconut water from Cocobella
- 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup
- 3 drops of peppermint oil
- Puffed Millet
- Split the chia pudding into 3 separate bowls and add 1/4 teaspoon, 1/3 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon of blue spirulina and mix to create different shades of blue
- Layer it with coconut yoghurt, puffed millet, kiwis and blueberries
