Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 cup or 1/2 cup of Cocobella coconut water
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein of choice
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 2 cups of ice

Method

  1. Place everything in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in a bowl, topped with your choice of fruit, coconut,
    coconut yoghurt & cacao nibs.
