Stress and nutrition have always been linked. Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet is integral to keeping stress levels at bay. Take advantage of your social network and reach out to an old friend or someone you’re due for a catch up with. Communication and connecting with others is a fantastic tool for dealing with stress while sharing ideas, providing fresh perspectives through communication and nurturing friendships.
Put down the phone
That being said, remember to live in the moment and not through the screen of a smart phone. Be present in your conversations with people by putting the phone away when having conversations and really connect with people in your day-to-day conversations.
