@nomadicfitfoodie – Breakfast Smoothie Cup
The perfect breakfast for busy mornings. Bursting with fresh fruit and creamy coconut chia pudding, you’ll be jumping out of bed for this one!
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 pink dragonfruit
4 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Berry Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Method
To make the chia pudding, blitz the dragonfruit and maple syrup together in a blender. Once combined stir through the coconut milk until it’s well combined. Stir in the chia seed, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight for the pudding to set.
To make the berry smoothie, blend all ingredients until smooth.
To assemble, take a glass and layer the chia pudding first as a base, pour in the smoothie and top off with more chia pudding and fresh fruit and coconut.
@healthiforhappy – Spirulina Nicecream with Raw Choc Mint Cheesecake:
Two recipes in one equals an indulgent treat without the guilt – does it get any better?
Ingredients
Cheesecake Base
1 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
¾ cup roasted almonds
½ cup dry weight pitted dates
1 ½ tbsp. raw cacao powder
Cheesecake Filling
1 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
100g unsalted cashews
100ml coconut cream
2 tbsp. rice malt syrup
1tsp. spirulina
1+ ½ tsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Topping
½ cup grated dark chocolate
Spirulina Nicecream
300g frozen banana
½ cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 tsp. spirulina powder
Method
Place the dates and cashews separately in bowls of Cocobella Straight Up coconut water. Leave to soak overnight
To make the base, take the soaked dates and drain of excess liquid. Blitz in a blender with almonds and cacao powder until a fine crumble appears. Scoop out and press mixture firmly into the bottom of a tin, roughly 20x30cms.
To make the filling, take the soaked cashews and drain of excess liquid. Blitz in blender with coconut cream, rice malt syrup, spirulina, coconut oil, lemon juice and peppermint extract. Place on top of the base and spread mixture, smoothing evenly.
Freeze for at least an hour or overnight. To finish, drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Can be kept in the freezer for 1-2 months.
To make the nicecream, blitz ingredients to the blender until nice and creamy and place in a bowl.
Top with set pieces of raw slice, mango and edible flowers.
@annietarasova – Neapolitan Smoothie Jar
Our favourite childhood dessert with a nutritious and healthy twist, plus a yummy piece of raw cake. Too many good things in a jar!
Ingredients
White smoothie
1 banana
1/3 cup coconut milk
Pink smoothie
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/3 cup coconut milk
Green smoothie
1 1/2 bananas
1 tbsp. matcha powder
1/3 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
Chocolate drizzle
2 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tbsp. maple syrup
4-5 tbsp. coconut milk
Method
Blend each layer’s ingredients separately, rinsing blender in between. Pour chocolate drizzle onto the inside of the jar. Layer the three smoothies’ into the jar. Top with berries, granola, dark chocolate, edible flowers and a big slice of raw cake.

A delicious twist on the popular matcha bowl, this time with a hidden ingredient: broccoli!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 cup frozen broccoli
1/3 of frozen fennel
1/4 cup lemon juice
1tsp. matcha powder
1 1/2tsp. spirulina powder1tbsp. vanilla protein powder
Method
Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add favourite toppings—this version has used raw buckwheat, bee pollen, dried goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
@PomPomWilderness – Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie
Is there a better flavour combination than peanut butter and jam? This recipe is about as easy as they come.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Cocobella Straight Up coconut water
1 tbsp. soy milk
2 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries
1tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. berry jam
Method
Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add favourite toppings—this version has used frozen raspberries and rice puffs.
